Is she on any kind of medication? These all sound like they could be a side effects of something she's taking. It looks like someone's already suggested the pillow wall for you which was what I was going to say. Another possibility is that you could get her a body pillow. That might be enough to occupy her while she's sleeping so she isn't sleep-groping you.
