Spearmint, berberine and omegas have been great for me. Look into supplements to lower testosterone/androgens. Sugar free and dairy free diets work extremely well. My acne has been so intense and painful that I've had days when I don't leave the house.
Supplements combined with a skincare routine developed from using r/skincareaddiction
My top products for topical use are:

I'm also a big fan of clay masks for clarifying the pores, sheet masks for moisturizing and night oils.
You can get a ton of affordable products from "The ordinary"

Note! Topicals are great but fixing the hormones is the best cure for pcos acne. Topicals are best for management and prevention.
I'm glad that I started and consistently used a skincare routine with lots of moisture because it helped to reduce scaring and pigmentation associated with acne.
From left to right:
TonyMoly MasterLAB Intensive Hydrating Hyaluronic Acid Sheet Mask - $2.80
I tried some really really cheapie HA masks and it made my face feel amazing so I definitely wanted to grab some nicer ones and see if there was a difference. I'm definitely considering adding HA itself into my routine.
TonyMoly I'm REAL Red Wine Mask Sheet Pore Care - $2.62
Oh, my pores and I, the endless struggle. I'll always look for something to subdue you.
Botanics Hydration Burst Hydrating Day Cream - 15.99
I'm currently ONLY doing a PM routine, with facial oils, but I'd like to start doing a morning routine and was looking for a little faster absorption.
Mario Badescu Facial Spray with Aloe, Herbs, and Rosewater (2oz) - $5
Because my only current moisturizers are oil based, and I'm hoping to add HA in some form or fashion to my routine, I wanted something to help the HA from the masks and whatever future products I added (Currently have TO Mandelic Acid 10% with HA, waiting to add it into the routine) really be effective.
Botanics Organic Softening Cleanser - $10.99
Oh boy am I excited about this, and this is the kind of product I went in looking for. I started my skincare journey using the Pixi Double Cleanse which is a fantastic product my skin loved...except they run out fast and the two products don't run out at the same rate. I'd have happily bought the cream cleanser if they sold it separately, which they don't, so I was asking for a couple of days in the daily help thread for any kind of similar product. The only suggestion was La Roche-Posay Toleriane Gentle Hydrating Cleanser which I got...which then dried out my face and wrecked my moisture barrier so bad it went from drinking in several layers of oil in an hour, to being unable to absorb one in 5. I'm still working on the backlash from that but I am well and truly out of the Pixi now so I had to find a reaplcement cleanser today. I'm really hoping this will do the trick, and I will, of course, report back. I've already tested the PH and it looks to be a solid 5.5.
All from Ulta, in total: $48.56
My skin: Pores galore. Oily when untouched, but dehydrated and dries at the mere mention of a foaming cleanser. Very sensitive to drying but ok with fragrances.
My current routine:
Banila Clean It Zero Sherbert Cleanser
(Second Cleanser was Pixi Double Cleanse Cream, replacing tonight with Botanics Organic Softening Cleanser)
Pixi Glow Tonic (When it's safe to add, will be replaced with The Ordinary 10% Mandelic Acid + HA)
The Ordinary 100% Plant Derived Squalane
[The Ordinary 100% Organic Cold-Pressed Rose Hip Seed Oil]
Once a week: Aztec Secret + Braggs ACV clay mask (skipped last week due to compromised moisture barrier)
I would like to note - I am especially interested to hear from anyone who uses more natural brands, Burts Bees, Botanics, Shea Moisture, etc. I find the less crazy chemicals and the more natural stuff is easier to pinpoint when my face eventually freaks out.
