Right now on Amazon you can get lockable plastic ammo boxes for as little as $5 (if you buy other items so total order is $25), or a slightly larger one for $14
Or you could look for an used Army Surplus model made of steel at a place like sportsmansguide.com for $10-$15 plus shipping.
Then get a lock for it.
I have a bunch of these ammo boxes. They aren't sized for any known box of ammo that I have found, which makes getting the most out of your storage space, but they're cheap and easy to come by. Empty your loose brick into a couple zip-lock bags and pile them in the plastic box.
Check the FPS on the ammo, there are not a ton of options of 124gr at this high fps. PPU is not as consistent, I've had FTF issues with the Aguila, Blazer is a joke with fps, Armscor is all underpowered, and what is stated on the ZVS box is very different than in tests. I have heard that Magtech is re-branded S&B but I have no proof.
If you want the lowest cost you aren't going to be looking at 124gr ammo and if you are looking at 124gr ammo I personally believe you should be looking to get the best performance in fps out that weight.

Plus the box size is smaller than standard and these Plano Boxes perfectly fit 1k rounds of it each.

Seahorse Waterproof boxes are as good or better then Pelican at a substantially cheaper price. I have one bigger one for medicine storage and one bolted on the back of my Kawi 250. ( http://www.ebay.com/itm/201452035165)

I got one for $5 or whatever and then got an Ultra box 307....that Ultrabox is so heavy duty. It's about 6x3x3 inches.

Had one of these when we went camping. The thing took a beating, never leaked, and it had more room in it than we knew what to do with it.
If you're looking for a more family friendly version, this will probably do just fine as well.
Plano customizable box for most of my tools and drip tips. Holds my ohm meter and wire as well.
For my juices I use a plastic ammo can. Nice, tight, dark, and big enough to hold a shitload of juice.
For the batteries I just use the double 18650 holders and label them. They stack pretty nice.
