I bought some of these for "special occasions" where I don't want to have to run to the bathroom constantly. It's like a little sticker that puts just enough pressure on the urethra to keep it closed. Haven't tried working out with it though.

There's also this - it's kind of like a tampon, but it puts pressure on the urethra to stop "leaks".
