-hugs- I had bad acne as a teenager, and I got quite a bit as soon as I got pregnant, mostly around my mouth, but also on my cheeks. It's eased up a lot now that I'm in the second trimester; I'm not sure if that's because of hormonal changes, or if it's because I added this cream to my routine. It was recommended as an extra-gentle alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) by r/skincareaddiction, and my skin seems to love it. WebMD and babycenter.com also state that AHAs are ok in small topical amounts during pregnancy (standard i'm not a doctor disclaimer).

I didn't use it every day at first because it can be a tiny bit drying, and I only use a tiny amount in the places where I'm prone to breaking out. I got the travel size of it and it's lasting a really long time. It's cheap and they may have it at your local pharmacy/target.
