But for real, guys, this is great. I bought one of these sarcastically for my lady as part of her Christmas basket, and we've used it ever since. These 2 oz bottles last for months. Go buy it.

Try this stuff.

The email is a bit too much honestly - I'd probably never go back to work there I'd be so humiliated. If she does have ibs or chrohns disease or anything like that, she's already in enough physical and mental pain/anxiety/etc as it is.

But. I do understand about the air freshener thing. I can't stand them and to me it makes everything smell worse. I like the above posters idea of Poo-pourie. First off the bottle is hilarious - I think most ppl in your office would get a kick out of it honesty. And it's really cool the way it works. It's essential oils that you spray on the water before you use the toilet. Nothing like an air freshener. I had a co-worker bring in a bottle of it before since there's just one bathroom in our unit, and we all loved it.

You never know, it might come in handy one day if you get diarrhea at work yourself one day :)

Edited to add: Put yourself in her shoes. Have you ever had gas pains? Or you ate something that made you feel sick to your stomach? Or constipated? It's painful!! A lot of ppl will call in sick for work and stay home until they recover. Ppl with IBS and other bowel diseases/syndromes, have to get up and go to work, everyday, feeling like that.

Try using Poopouri. As long as you aren't dropping floaters, that shit works like a charm.

Okay, here we go. But first I have to say, I don’t know /u/overlyapologeticguy very well, but every time I see his posts they a) make me smile and b) want to be a better person. So I feel like he deserves everything and more! I hope to get to know him better on the thread :) (This does not mean I won’t go weird with the suggestions!)

Hands down, a silly mug. Or you could go with pocket-sized poo-pourri bathroom spray.

I soooo feel for you. You can't control what you smell and can't control what smells terrible to you!

You should get your husband some Poo Pourri! It seriously works 😀

With my first pregnancy, one of the first indicators of being pregnant was that when grinding coffee made me gag all of a sudden (I worked at a coffee shop). Luckily that went away rather quickly.

With my second, the smell of raw and sometimes even jarred minced garlic made me feel soooo nauseous. I still, 14 months out from baby's birth, don't like it as much as I used to. Blech.

That will over power the stankiest stank.

And if you rock a 2 piece wafer/bag, change bags frequently - like once in the morning and once in the afternoon. And be sure to tie up those bags in plastic bags and dispose of them outside of your room.

Don't burp the bag in bed - go to the bathroom if you have to do that. Hopefully you use filtered bags and don't have to burp often, plus changing the bag 2x per day should keep the filter unclogged.

Have fun on vacation!!

As others have said I doubt others are noticing it on your clothes. If you are still concerned this stuff works great. You spray it directly on the toilet water surface.

If it didn't take so long to ship, I'd recommend this.

But, I think this would also be pretty awesome! (And even slightly practical lol)

Carry one of these in your utility belt.

That shit works.^No^pun^intended.

Ah, that makes more sense.

So, you could install a small fan in the window to help minimize the sound in the bathroom. Obviously, that won't help with smells, which you probably don't want being blown into the kitchen. Best option that I can think of for the smells is Poopouri spray . It coats the surface of the toilet water with oil, so it traps any smells.

Alternatively, you could install a super-cheap accordion style door on the laundry room, for under $100
