Don't have any textbooks to enumerate here, but as far as "regular" (or as regular as an esoteric topic like quant investing gets) books go:

Take a look at QVAL and IVAL. These are US/International focused ETFs that follow a Magic Formula-esque strategy. They are run by Wesley Gray who is the co-author of Quantitative Value. After browsing the prospectus, I'm not sure how closely he follows the strategy he outlined in the book, but I think this is as close as you can get to a Magic Formula ETF/Fund at this time.

There used to be one run by Greenblatt himself. Fees were higher than I liked, and higher than QVAL, but it still outperformed the market over the period where it was available. I suspect he closed this group of funds as they weren't attracting a ton of capital. He attracted ~$400M in this group of funds after being open 3 years. I think institutional allocators were hesitant to pledge capital to these strategies as these initial funds were unhedged.

Afterward, Greenblatt relaunched Gotham Funds with long/short mutual fund offerings that attracted >$5B in capital. Unfortunately, these funds are only open to institutional investors.

A good follow up book would be quantitative value http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/1118328078

Ok, but again it's not my belief. I just look at the data and listen to what it tells me. I'm an analytical and logical person and dictate my financial decisions accordingly. Wes Gray, who has an MBA and PhD in finance, has written a book each on value and momentum and what the data show.

Sounds like you're not open to evidence/data that challenges your views, and that's fine. If you want to expand your mindset, I recommend those books.
