As far as the shoes, I chose to use an old pair of white chuck taylors instead of buying any new shoes. In the movie he uses red Nikes (Air Force 1s maybe?) but the chucks worked just fine for me.
Lastly, I created two stencils on poster board for the designs on the front and back (not in the original post) of the shirt, then spray painted them on using black spray paint. That's it! Probably spent ~$20-25 in total and am really happy with the result! Here is a picture of the back (plus a bonus shot lol)!
