Movie: Rogue One -- Sorry, I don't see many movies. However, I liked this one better than Force Awakens. There were fewer "on the nose" moments, and the pacing was excellent.
Book: Read & Burn: A book about Wire -- This is about the useful musical group, not the useful strands of metal. Interviews and observations contribute to a deeper understanding of the many twists and turns of Wire's soon-to-be 40-year recording career (the recent albums from 2011 are not covered, I believe -- haven't made it to the absolute end of the book yet). The 1980s aside, it's amazing that they have produced so many worthwhile albums given their inner turmoil and acts of self-sabotage. My friend and I saw them in Lexington, KY, recently, and they were absolutely amazing.
