• The C++ Programming Language, 4th edition If you have the older editions of this book, hang on to them so that you can compare "modern c++" to "traditional c++". Moreover the older editions were more succinct thus enabling you to quickly grasp some core concept.
  
• Real-time C++ This is somewhat different but uses C++11/14 features throughout.
