Is that salad pre-dressed? Might want to invest in some small containers like this for dressing and sauces otherwise your salads are going to be inedible.
These are reusable and these are disposable.
Condiment Cups. They're a great size and shape, especially the 1.5 oz ones. They're also way cheaper than anything similar.
Souffle cups like the ones you get salad dressing in are my favorite option for storing chits. I prefer them over Plano boxes because all the chits aren't confined to one box so you hand a cup to a player or place them around the board. Silicone cupcake liners are also great for "overflow" of chits.

But you could go with something simpler too, like these deli cups: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009VSFZDO/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I have used them as an additional dish to make sure my T's don't run out of water while I'm on vacation, and they do the job.
I think the typical "use a sponge" reasoning is that the spider will drown or doesn't know how to drink water normally... Neither of these is true. I've seen my rose hair drinking water several times from her dish with no issues. But some spiders are more secretive about using the dish than others (ex: I've only seen my B. hamorii drink once). Even if you don't see the tarantula drinking, she definitely is using the dish.

I make a big batch every couple of months and freeze it in individual serving sizes -- I buy 3.5 ounce portion control cups from GFS for the puree, and use one portion cup to fill two kongs. You could easily buy a 2 oz cup from Amazon though, for one hound. Something like this one.
There's no real recipe, just throw it all in the food processor and add some of the cooking water if you need additional liquid.
Overall I spend one afternoon every couple of months making puree, and then throw it in the freezer. Every few days I pull more individual servings out of the freezer so they're thawed and ready when needed. It's effortless on a daily basis, and really not expensive if you get the chicken on sale.
You'll get lots of help while you're making it, too, from hungry kitchen assistants! :)

Also, cheap Plano tackle boxes are great as well.
