I've been using a similar app for my anxiety disorder and it's basically this same thing except even better with way more sounds and features.

I've used that app both on my iphone and android for a long time, but I've found myself drifting toward pre-recorded mixes that require less effort.

Here's a good one on Spotify called Nature Sounds Relaxation and Tibetan Chakra Meditation. I like it because it's already well balanced so you don't have to fiddle with volume levels. Also it's free, so that's cool.
