  1. Stay hydrated and make sure you have a full stomach

  2. Try either Sea-Bands or electronic motion sickness band](http://www.amazon.com/ReliefBand-Voyager-Motion-Sickness-Band/dp/B003LMNGW8)

3)If possible could you swap stations? It might be the truck that is making you sick. Damn air suspension

  3. Meds. If I were to go the medication route I would suggest DextroamphetamineStudy . The reason Dextroamphetamine is my number one choice is because it works really really well, it is well suited for a job that requires minimal drowsiness, and has none of the downsides of drugs like Scopolamine. I assume you see a neurologist, take the study to him and talk to him about it. If you do not see a neurologist I highly recommend going to see one to get further treatment for your motion sickness.

5)If all else fails there are OTC medications like Dramamine, meclizine, dimenhydrinate, benadryl(ew)...

6)And always remember, treat nausea before it starts.

    Edited for shitty format*

med? no. other solution, oh yeah!
Wife & MIL both get vertigo and are awful to travel with (like used the bags on flights, would spend the first day in bed afterwards)... before we found these. Acupressure version, electric version.

It looks like a watch and works like a miracle. Get the wrist band type first, see if that helps, the electronic version costs more but they also do a much better job. If you can get one on amazon and return it (if it doesn't work for you) do that.

Some science stuff.
