Dude, yes... I forgot that peanuts can be tricky because it can easily kick people off of keto. My boyfriend will eat the whole can if I'm not around. So addicting. The trick for me is to have a lot of 1 TBSP measure spoons in the kitchen so I can't lie to myself about how much peanut butter I just ate 😂

And, if you buy something like Skippy natural super chunk peanut butter — 1 TBSP = 2 net carbs, 4g Protein, 8g Fat, 90 calories = WORTH IT. And it's only like $4 at Walmart sometimes.

I'm really lazy about food, so I need no-brainer snacks on hand. Ahhh... 100 calorie keto snack packs. That would be nice if someone made that...

  and FAT BOMBS. Ok, so this also depends on the person, but when I first started Keto, I didn't eat enough (VERY WEIRD) so I had to start calorie counting. I'm aiming for 1200-1400 per day, and I would fall short at 1000 calories... so we started making and eating fat bombs for those days that I fall short.
