This one says it works with Android: Bluetooth media remote control

This isn't bike specific and doesn't have a microphone, but I taped one to my top tube and it works great to change track, pause, adjust volume, and can also be used as a remote for the camera. It doesn't look as hideous as it sounds once it is on the bike and is easily switched from bike to bike with electric tape (I bought colored electric tape to match the colors of my frames). I've also been caught in the rain and snow, spilled sports drink all over it and it still works great.

I've used this button with tasker

Button

And it works well I used home to shortcut to invoke Autovoice

I use a HTC Bluetooth Music Streaming Stereo Clip Adapter plugged into the aux port. It's not the cheapest solution, but I like it because it has an internal battery and supports the apt-X codec which is lossless.

I also use a Satechi BT MediaRemote which I've used velcro to stick it to my car dash. That gives me easy access to volume, next and previous.

I've been using this bluetooth remote for over a year now and it works great. I use rubber bands to hold it on the steering wheel at work so that I don't have to touch my iPhone to change tracks.

I'm thinking of using something like

I don't have steering wheel controls as is, so I'm not too worried, but a remote like that could easily do the same as the parrot.

I'm planning on chopping it apart, and doing my own steering wheel control panel, if at all. Also, xposed google search api with tasker could work great. See if your tablet can use the google search anywhere and hack it up with that. Nice single word commands like "skip"

Just about any bluetooth remote control will pair with your iPad. Here's an example

For my living room HTPC I use the Logitech K830 which is quite expensive, but looks nice and does and excellent job.

For music and stuff on my own HTPC, I use a Bluetooth remote which is basic, but cheap and good enough for what I use it for.

You can easily do that and have the phone out of view with a remote like this: Satechi BT MediaRemote Bluetooth Multi-Media Remote Control for iPhone, iPad & iMac, MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, MacBook, and Mac Mini https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00824948U/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awd_nSiFwbJB9QYVH

Get a Bluetooth media remote.

Here's one, here's an even smaller one.

It basically works like a Bluetooth keyboard that has just media keys.

Apple Remote also works.

I'm probably going to get one when I get an amp for my phone, as that would prevent me from using an inline remote.

Finally, you could also use a pair of earbuds with an inline remote (Apple EarPods would work fine), wrap up the earbuds themselves, and use the inline remote to control your media. Macbooks actually support inline remotes.
