I hate to that guy but, your prices are high for used monitors.
Here is a 24" for only $85.
and here is a 27" for $130.
You didn't mention a price range, but I will give an option that gives you a 24 inch display for less than $250.
Start with a cheap TV or monitor with HDMI input such as this:
https://www.amazon.com/Sceptre-E246BV-FC-Display-1920x1080-Black/dp/B06XDJ41F5/ref=sr_1_19?keywords=led+tv&qid=1567706868&refinements=p_36%3A1253505011&rnid=386442011&s=electronics&sr=1-19
Then get a mini PC or a compute stick, such as one of these:
https://www.amazon.com/Z83-Mini-Windows-Desktop-CPU/dp/B07PPHFMMP/ref=sr_1_3?keywords=mini+pc+windows+10&qid=1567707110&refinements=p_n_feature_fourteen_browse-bin%3A2057441011&rnid=2057412011&s=pc&sr=1-3
https://www.amazon.com/Accreate-Computer-Windows10-Bluetooth-regulations/dp/B07L93KB4N/ref=sr_1_2?keywords=mini+pc+windows+10&qid=1567707154&refinements=p_n_feature_fourteen_browse-bin%3A2057441011&rnid=2057412011&s=pc&sr=1-2
Then go to www.advancedhmi.com and get the base software package which is free.
Download Microsoft Visual Studio Community Edition which is also free.
Follow the Quick Start guide for AdvancedHMI and use the EthernetIPforCLXCom driver and use a tag from the PLC that contains one of the counter values that you said already exists. Build and copy the final application to the Mini PC.
Set the IP addresses as necessary and attach the Mini PC to the PLC network
For less $250 you have an extremely flexible large production display.
