As someone who suffered with chronic, debilitating IBS/gas & bloating for over a decade, I can honestly say that Ayurvedic KAYAM Tablets are the single most effective supplement I've ever used for gas, bloating, & constipation. I would also strongly recommend 1-2 tbsp of Heather's Acacia Tummy Fiber in a cup of bone broth everyday for great overall GI health & function.
