Good school supplies are ones that last a long time or are of a higher quality then the cheapest alternative. I have looked at local stores and amazon. I simply do not have the money this year/parents willing to splurge for the supplies that last and are good. My problem most the time is two or 3 good pens can last me all year or I'll go through 3x 20 packs of cheap pens.

For example if I could get my dream school supplies this year (not that it will ever happen)

  • I would get Sharpie Accent Highlighters When I bought these they were the best highlighters I ever used a pack lasted me two years (minus the yellow ) It gave me enough colors that when taking notes I could have one for key terms another for important facts and even another for things to review!

  • I would get Pilot G2 pens or refills

  • I would get #2 0.5mm lead for my two pencils I have been using since middle school.

  • and my really big splurge if I could would be to get these binder/notebook hybrids I have been wanting them since I first saw them. They are pefect for me because I need notebooks but with these I could add extra pages and also put in print outs. If I needed a binder I could use this as well. It would be better then a normal one because it could fold over and take less room on my desk.


    What I will end up getting right now are cheap binders and notebooks, the cheapest lead I can find and cheap pens.
