The book is "Siege of Praetar", and the Bitcoin reference is halfway through Chapter 10.

I published a sci-fi book last month. I meant to throw in a Cowboys reference somewhere (even though this takes place in a non-earth world) but couldn't find a clever way to do it, like how George RR Martin did in Dance of Dragons.

Oh well, maybe the sequel.
