Properly transmitting the analog signal (what you get over coax) with reasonable quality isn't really possible on the free frequencies. Transmitting the full digital signal that HDMI carries over wifi isn't really possible either (you need 48Gbps or so).

So your options are two, one, for cable, you can capture the raw digital stream transmitted and send that over wifi. the HD Home Run will do that, it's only really good for cable/TV, but it works well, and gets you full quality with minimal cost, but the user interface is going to be a bit different (you need to access it via streaming on the TV, maybe with a firestick or similar). The HDHomeRun won't tune to analog streams if this is cable and it happens to have some, it also adds significant latency and won't do for games.

The second option is get an HDMI wireless converter, they are expensive, add significant lag (and are no good for gaming), and reduces the quality as it must recompress all video.
