Since no one actually answered your question, yes you can get small PSUs like you are looking for. Generally they are made for small form factor PCs and as a result have low wattage.

This is not as easy as a standard ATX PSU that /r/buildapc is used to and that's probably why you're getting the responses that you are.

If you want a more standard unit: look at something like this from silverstone (it is higher wattage than you're looking for)

Ended up basically buying this computer, except got this motherboard since I might need WiFi we ever move the router:

And bought this PSU instead since I hate dealing with mail-in rebates:

Thanks so much for your help! And if it ends up being notably slow at any point I'll throw in another 4 GB of RAM.

Psu wont work with that case. I don't know why partpicker didn't flag it, but you need an sfx psu for a case that size.

SilverStone has a 300w for $50 and a 450w for $58.

One more question though - should this Silverstone 300w sfx be a better psu for the build? I've found one used for the same price I bought the tacens psu..

Do you think that this one would work for my build? (I will post the build in the link below as well.)

Oops, sorry for forgetting that.

SilverStone 300w SFX

edit: I plan on using this for torrenting as well, just haven't set it up yet. This mobo is unbelievable for it's size, the more you dig into it the cooler it gets.

2x NICs that support teaming, and a third dedicated management NIC just for the mobo.

It's got remote management (using Java, a lot like an iDRAC) so you can see what's on the screen just by hitting the mobo IP and logging in.

If you fear the quad-core isn't enough, there is an identical 8-core model for quite a bit more money. I was trying to keep kind of a budget on this one.

Although I think the connectors would work, I don't think you'll be able to properly secure that PSU to the case because it is a very odd form factor called flex atx. If you try to put it together with your case in pcpartpicker, it says that they are not compatible.

You can try a SFX psu that comes with a sfx to atx adapter like this one, but it is not modular. A modular sfx psu is probably more expensive that what you wanna spend.
