Try a product called Skin Miso! It is a three step blackhead extraction kit.

It works by using ingredients to pull the sebum and nasty-ness to the surface rather than ripping it out with a nose pore strip.

Step (1) Use the pre-soaked nose sheet mask and leave for the directed amount of time (I think it was 15 minutes?)
(2) Use a comedome extractor tool to gently manipulate the sebum and blackheads out of your pores. It comes with a black cotton bud but I prefer to use the metal extractor (GENTLY!)
3) Rinse your nose off well with cool water
4) Use the second step nose sheet mask to close pores back up
5) Use included serum/primer to help keep oil out!

This seems to work well for me about once a week and it's totally painless. :)
