Copied and pasted from my reply in a related thread a few weeks ago about camping showers. This is a bit more involved than most people probably use, but it doubles as a both a camping shower and a misting setup for your canopy to provide cooling all weekend.

>We buy gallon jugs and a flat of water bottles for drinking, but our "utility" water comes from the water fill stations, or melted ice, depending on the use.

>Our shower is different than most camping showers you'll see people bring. We use a pump action garden sprayer like this one connected to a misting hose like this one that is clipped around our EZ-Up for general cooling purposes. When someone wants to shower, they disconnect the pump tank from misting hose and take it in to a small camping shower enclosure like this one to take a quick wash with the sprayer. The enclosure is lightweight and pops up so it's very quick to throw out and fold down as needed. It's a great combination system to get clean without the wait/walk, and also to keep your campsite refreshingly cool with the misting hose. Neighbors are generally impressed by the mist.

>More commonly, you will see people use bag showers like this one hung within something like this. Take down and set up as needed, or leave it up all weekend if you find yourself with a corner spot. Enclosures that are stable enough to hold the water bag can be expensive, though, so that's why I think our system is a little better and more versatile.

I bought these two items in 2016 and still have plenty of herbicide 2 years later, and the sprayer works great -
Herbicide w/ 2,4-D

1 gallon sprayer

Spot spray the rest of this season - aerate and overseed in the fall - lay pre-emergent before winter, and pre-emergent in April next year. Should help a ton with the weeds and fill your spots.

Pick up one of these suckers.

Buy a large bag of table salt, put your biggest pot on the stove, bring it to the boil. Once boiling, start adding the salt bit at a time until the water won't hold any more salt. Let it cool (takes quite a while), then load it into the pressure sprayer; spray them weeks. On a hot day if you do it in the morning they'll be dead by sundown.

I go out to the side walk or the back or the garage of the apartment, if it's a complex, with a bucket of soapy water, a sponge, a toothbrush, and a small insecticide sprayer, like this.

Pyrethrin
Sprayer
SM-90

Make sure you read up on mites and be completely sure you got rid of them all before you flower

Honestly I would toss all plants, bleach the fuck out of the room with a sprayer, then spray the pyrethium over EVERYTHING and then new plants water with SM-90 and do a pyrth spray once every 10 days for 30 days. After 30 days you should be ready to flip to 12/12 and watch CLOSELY for little white specs under the leafs.

If you see mites after buds have formed DO NOT use the pyrth - you can use the SM-
90 safely. But if you do everything right you shouldn't see mites once you bloom

I'm using this one from Amazon, but off the shelf sprayer will work.

Get an inexpensive runner carpet to park the wet/salty bike on. Use a hand pump garden sprayer out in the alley on the weekend.

posted this blurb before, been using it for several years now other than miller moths here and there in the spring there are never any bugs in my house

>look up talstar pro or talstar p, it is for the most part the same stuff the use.
It is safe for pets and kids once its dry (its only wet as long as water takes to dry)
Its easy to use you mix it and some water in a sprayer the hit around your house 2ft out and 2 ft up to make a "wall" of protection. hit around doors, windows, and pipes. I found that the bugs inside your home will die off fairly fast on their own for the most part. so you dont really have to spray inside unless you have a specific trouble spot. The Bugs in side your home will die off on their own, like spiders die off due to lack of new food. and any other bugs would only be around cause you are leaving food around for them to get at clean your house/check your food storage.
here is a video on it there are plenty more on youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TTgihCWPgrM
the chem http://www.amazon.com/Talstar-Pro-Termiticide-Insecticide-Bottles/dp/B007Z6TCJ2
(i bought the bigger bottle myself still way cheap)
a sprayer http://www.amazon.com/Smith-190285-1-Gallon-Chemical-Non-Corrosive/dp/B002YNSADU/ref=pd_sim_328_2?ie=UTF8&refRID=1D0TZ5NPE4020ET5CM9N
a mask ( i use one just cause i dont want to breath it in while spraying it, since when i hit windows it is spraying overhead and there is more of a chance for the mist coming back on me ) http://www.amazon.com/MSA-Safety-Works-817662-Respirator/dp/B0009XAIGY/ref=pd_sim_328_27?ie=UTF8&refRID=1D0TZ5NPE4020ET5CM9N
and to keep you protected some eye protection, some rubber gloves for mixing and spraying and some long pants and long sleeve shirt.
Also for pest control you should make sure all shrubs and trees are trimmed away from touching your house as they can allow for paths beyond your "wall"

on your roaches you need to id to see if they are german roaches the small ones that scamper on the kitchen counter when you turn the light on) are resistant to insecticides. You will want to use a high quality roach bait like Invict , Maxforce Select, Maxforce Magnum, or Advion Roach Bait and kill out the population with the bait.
