I still do not understand. If you are "upgrading" then you already have a mattress and you should be able to save a little longer to get a decent new mattress.

If you are looking to save money, why buy a queen-size? A full-size would cost less.

Like I said before, to get a decent queen size mattress for under $600 you have to build it yourself and cut some corners. For example, you could get a 6-in thick polyfoam base for $219 + shipping here:

https://diymattress.net/products/foam-base-core-certipur-us?variant=30901531788

And then add a 3-in thick 5.3-pcf density memory foam topper for $289 + shipping here:

http://www.foamorder.com/toppers/memory-foam-pad.html

And then a cover for $58 here:

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00F4J49HM/

That all might come to a little over $600 after adding shipping. You could save more by getting a 3-in thick 5-pcf density memory foam topper here:

https://www.mattresstopper.com/product/5-lb-memory-foam-topper/

Anyway, as I said, you would be cutting corners a little since a person over 200 pounds should have polyfoam with a minimum 2-pcf density and memory foam with a minimum 5-pcf density. But the polyfoam base I mentioned first only has 1.9-pcf density. You could get one with a higher density but at that price the only one I know of is quite firm:

The 6-in thick "Luxury Foam" queen-size slab is $196 + shipping, and the density is a solid 2.6-pcf, but the firmness is 44-54 ILD which is going to be quite firm even for a support base. The "Premium Foam" is a much nicer 32-38 ILD firmness, but it costs $243 + shipping which would put you over budget. I guess you could go with the Premium foam, the mattresstopper.com memory foam, and the cover and come in below $600.
