I've been wanting to share this for awhile, Vitamin E capsules for smooth, hydrated skin. I have the driest, most sensitive skin known to man, which has only gotten worse since I hit 40. I have tried every cream on the market (pretty sure I keep Sephora in business), but few have worked well-- for all day hydration, and none have also addressed dark spots/hyper-pigmentation AND acne.

I read an article and decided to order the best Vitamin E capsules that Amazon offered, these by Solgar: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0001VURB0/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1.

At only $13 I was not expecting much, but boy was I wrong! I apply the Vitamin E oil just once a day, in the evening a couple of hours before bed to give it a chance to soak in, 4 or 5 nights a week. My skin is moist and supple, no more dry patches. My monthly hormonal breakout was completely healed, and smoothed, and has yet to return. Finally, my hyper-pigmentation/dark marks have faded--quickly. Raw Vitamin E oil is now a staple in my beauty regimen.

How to use:
1.Break open 1 capsule into your clean palm w a safety pin.
2.Add several drops of your favorite, gentle, no fragrance moisturizer to dilute the oil and make it spreadable. ( I use Neutrogena Sensitive Skin )
3. Apply to face a few hours before bed
4. Repeat 3 or 4 nights a week

Side Note: I have highly sensitive, reactionary skin and this did not cause me to break out, but it may for some. Also, the Vitamin E oil causes increased cell turnover and dead skin production. Make sure to use a retinol or glycolic exfolliant at least 2 days a week. I also use my Clarisonic every other day.
