I second this one. Our Sony bluray player has a dedicated Netflix button on the remote. It also has WiFi built in along with a number of other apps like Hulu+, Vudu, etc. (no HBOGo though). This is similar to the model I have:

I think we got it on sale for $50 at Best Buy 2 years ago.
Why limit it to a set-top box? Many BD players have what she's looking for, plus the benefit of playing BD, DVD, CD. Price difference is negligible.
