Hey buddy...sorry for the late response. Some days I'm on Reddit full-time and others I forget about it and go play Monster Hunter for a few days.

Here it is. REMEMBER to check your model number because not all lasers are the same. This package also comes with the T8 security driver that you need.

EDIT: Just to be clear, mine is a PS3 Slim model CECH-2501a 160GB (though I swapped it out for this at the same time. Just have an external drive handy for backup if you do this but super highly recommended.

this is the one i ordered, but i have a cech3001a.

there is a chart there that should help. the best way to be sure would be to open it up first and verify the model number on the deck... it looks like you should be looking for a KES-450A.

now , whether you want to purchase the laser, the laser and the deck, or the whole drive is up to you. i personally, found the deck and laser combo to be the simplest and most cost effective .
