I bought it in a store called The Vitamin Shoppe, it's over the counter. One sec. Looks like they only have stores in the states, but Amazon should carry a similar product.

Here it is, this is what I use.
My endo doesn't like to perscribe it either, so I buy the cream off amazon.
One thing to note is that topical cream is actually much better than pills here. Progesterone absorbs really well through the skin and really poorly via digestion. That means to get the same effect of 20mg in cream, you need to take 200-300 mg in pill. Most of that never makes it to your blood stream and it can be really hard on your liver.
