Awesome man, thanks for the heads up.
However, shouldn't small units like this be treated as a "travel adapter" of last resort? If your company can afford that many MacBooks, surely they can afford to use proper USB-C docking stations at the desks? I've had pretty good luck with these on our MacBooks so far (fingers crossed):

As for Windows laptops, the Dell WD15 and TB16 docks have been pretty damn solid (as long as you upgrade their firmware).
For on the go I have use a smaller j5 create one like in the link OP put up. My main dock is this star tech StarTech.com Dual 4K Monitor Thunderbolt 3 Dock with DisplayPort - 85 W Power Delivery + Charging - Mac & Windows (TB3DK2DPPD) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B073JDZGKK/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_tai_SjeZCbMNGP4GR and it’s been great for close to two years.

Also, Lenovo makes a ThinkPad Thunderbolt 3 dock that charges and provides up to 3 4k displays, it doesn't specifically list Yoga 730 so I can't say for sure that it will work.
If you can forego the SD card reader, this dock is ~ $200
