the power supply is really bad for most reviews. I'd suggest getting a laptop charger with multiple connectors, unless someone else knows a better way.

So am I correct in assuming that instead of the 6ft Phillips Hue strip - I can get these two things and have the equivalent of a 30ft strip that still works with the Hue Bridge?

I have one. Mine is paired with a first-gen Hue hub, and works great. I automate everything using Indigo (which communicates with the Hue hub via a plug-in.) The only thing that has ever given me trouble is that once every six months or so it will stop responding; a power cycle brings it right back.

Does this work with the Hue app?
