That's an extremely comprehensive kit. I can see that a lot of research and thought went into it. Good job.
You may want to swap out some items for smaller/higher quality alternatives though.
Items you might want to consider replacing:
Water storage - While the ziplock bags work admirably you may want to consider a platy-bottle.
Don't worry about condoms unless you're trying to construct a pocket sized survival-tin kit. They are difficult to fill unless you have a strong flow of water and the ziplock bags you already have are a far better choice. If you don't believe me try to fill a condom from a street puddle next time it rains. I like to carry a stainless steel Nalgene because of it's versatility but that won't fit in your kit.
Water Filter: Aquamira have a newer version of the frontier filter called the frontier pro. I've never used one but it seems like an OK product with a similar footprint. Get the blaze orange one for high visibility purposes.
Water purification tablets - You've already bought purification tablets but for future reference Tincture of Iodine 2% or regular (clear, non-perfumed) household bleach work equally well, have a longer shelf life and are cheaper. I got a few of these from the grocery store checkout line for containers. Each bottle holds about 100 drops and comes with a built in dropper. At about 5 drops a liter for chemical purification that's a good amount of water you can disinfect. Wikipedia article for chemical water disinfection. Just make sure you aren't allergic to bleach or iodine or have thyroid issues before you use your water disinfection tablets and make sure they aren't expired.
Firesteel - The Coleman firesteel/magnesium brick is junk. Please replace it as soon as possible with a Firesteel.com one. They come in multiple sizes/options. They also have softer and more workable magnesium rods if you have to carry magnesium. I like this one but chose the one that best suites you. A note regarding lighters vs. Matches - Lighters are subject to mechanical failure, matches are subject to chemical failure. Both suck when rained on. Try to master your Firesteel so you won't need them.
Candle - Birthday candles don't last long. I'd recommend one of the round flat ones that come in a small metal container. Candles work by burning gassified wax, a candle in a container can be completely melted and still burn instead of spilling wax everywhere. A container results in longer burn times.
Tools - You can combine your mini multitool and swiss army knife into a single multitool by taping them together! Just kidding. Check out Leatherman.com for the multitool that best suites your needs. Multitools are nice but many survivalists pride themselves on being able to use a simple knife to accomplish a variety of bushcraft tasks. If you're ready to make that leap the ESEE Izula 2 is a nice compact knife.
Signal Mirror - I'm not sure what the quality of your signal mirror is but many signal mirrors are made cheaply and poorly. See this article for more detail. Just make sure it works before you depend on it for a life/death situation.
I use this one:2 x 3 Signal Mirror, Glass, Signal MIL-M-18371E Type 1
Duct Tape - The stuff dreams are made of. Check your local Walmart for obnoxiously brightly colored (bright-flipping-orange) tape for high visibility purposes. or marking your way when lost. Hang small strips at eye level.

Things to consider discarding:
Another thing to consider is to try and make sure each of the items in your kit have more than one use. The larger your kit the more likely you are to leave it in the car.
