This looks great for a first go! Congrats dude. Now arguably the hardest part to pin down: curing. How do you plan to go about it? These mini hyrgometers have been super helpful for me to monitor the humidity in my jars, I highly recommend them.
I bought a pack of these digital thermometers/ humidity gauges (sold in various quantities through multiple vendors) and put them around the house for my plants -- very helpful for seeing the various temps and humidity levels around the home.
These should help keep track of humidity.
