If you get it directly from Amazon (not fulfilled, it literally says "Ships from and sold by Amazon.com"), it's legit. I ordered 3 of the Sailor Scouts through Amazon and can vouch for their legitimacy (and awesome return policy when I got a duplicate face piece).
