First of all that sucks. I get it believe me. Right now my trigger is constant small engine planes all day and night over my house all of a sudden. And it’s especially maddening because there is zero I can do about it. But I think you may be able to do something.
Ok here’s what I think you need to do. Gather a bunch of articles about misophonia. Copy paste the best ones that are easy for people who don’t have it to understand. Then go through this sub and find some especially good posts where people describe how they feel. Get all of this into a word document.
Then ask your parents for a time you can talk to them (or if you’re closer to one of them just ask that one). Show them the document. Then show them your post above. Ask for help. Ask for a compromise. Be sure to reiterate over and over again that this is NOT you just being whiny, this is a real condition (hence the documentation).
Please let me know how it goes. I feel for you I really do. My husband doesn’t get it either.
Oh also if you can get yourself some Bluetooth headphones ASAP. I love mine. Hers the ones I got

Which is better, $80 Sony WH-CH700N or $40 Taotronics bluetooth headphones
I've had these for a couple months now and I love them. I wear them for hours at a time with no discomfort. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B075CBHN9M/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
If you are on a budget, I bought TaoTronics for like $50 off amazon and they perform really well even compared to the more expensive Bose.
Very comfortable, have 30-45 hour playback time, good ANC. I use mine for hours everyday and couldn't be happier with the purchase.

TaoTronics are pretty highly rated for the price.
MPow also makes really good options for the price.
Cowin are also worth a look, but do cost more.

My go to bluetooth over the ear, active noise cancelling headphones. Sound great, especially for the price ($50). Comes with a carrying case. Can also use wired if you prefer.
I ordered these headphones for use with a PC and it creates two speaker devices when paired called headset and headphones. When I set the Headphones entry as my primary sound device, my sound is great, but the microphone does not function. (microphone is set as default recording device).
If I set "Headset" as primary, which is not what the manufacturer advises, I get distant, tinny sound, but the microphone works and people can hear me.
Any advice? I need a good wireless headset to hold me over and the mic has to function with a PC.
For this price category and according to the current reviews I will go to the Sennheiser bt 4.50 or the Taotronics TT-BH22.
Both available on Amazon :

Ooooo very interesting, I never heard of "Active" noise cancelling headphones! Do you mean something like these?

A lot of positive reviews, but most of the 5 star ones look fishy.
I got these when they were on sale but so far they seem to be worth the full price. The noise cancellation works great. I can't hear dudes grunting anymore every time they pick up a dumbbell. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B075CBHN9M/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_uymLAbGEB368K
I'm confused about your price points. You say $30 for wired headphones and then say Bluetooth costs $150/250. What wired headphones are you talking about that cost $30? Surely not anything of superb quality.
And if you're not doing elite level, there are bluetooth headphones that cost just about the same price and regular wired headphones. Bluetooth doesn't add that much unless the company you're buying them from is ripping you off.

Anyone have any experience with TaoTronics Headphones?
I am looking for some decently cheap Bose alternatives (would buy some QC25s but I need wireless since my phone doesn't have a headphone jack) if anyone has any suggestions most important things for me are comfort, battery life and portability
I'm getting these in two days, I'll let you know how they work if you're still in need.
