Dermablend will cover them, but you'd probably have to reapply it a couple of times during your shift and I imagine that would get old pretty quick.
What's the policy on jewelry? If you can wear bracelets, you might be able to wear leather bands on your wrists. Or even wrist sleeves, like these if they're allowed. When I need to cover my forearms but don't want to wear long sleeves, I use a nylon sock with the toes cut off...

It’s one of these. It can cover everything without issue especially since I wouldn’t get my hands tatted.
In terms of how well they cover it up, my parents didn’t know about my tattoo until I directly told them and I wore this coverup around them lmao.
