Try this vitamin c serum.

The vitamin c and niacimide should help with the dark spots. It also has salicylic acid and tea tree oil which should help with the bit of acne that you have.

Wear a hat and sunscreen if possible when outdoors, esp if you’re out for extended periods of of time.

Yeah, I don't think anything will make them go away until they are ready, but some things definitely help. I use ice a lot as it does help the swelling a bit. One thing that has helped my acne tremendously (I haven't had a cystic zit in months since using this) is Truskin Tea Tree clear skin serum:

I have used BHA products with success but they take a while to resolve. I have tried this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01CK695QG?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_pd_title. I also use Medicube Red erasing cream at night.

Awesome results! Have you heard about oil cleansing? I’m breastfeeding now, but will be trying this stuff when I’m done. The before and afters are phenomenal! I was actually looking up another oil that SCA was talking about and Amazon brought that one up too and it was cheaper, so I looked at the reviews and was sold.

I know that Mac Pro Longwear breaks me out. It's too heavy for daily use anyway. I use Maybelline Fit Me (matte and dewy) at the moment and put on a serum before and after applying and washing away my makeup. I notice a remarkable improvement in break outs.

Can I use this Tea Tree Oil daily at night? https://www.amazon.com/Age-Defying-acne-prone-Niacinamide-Hyaluronic-Blemish-Free/dp/B01CK695QG

I know it says to use it only 2-3 times a week, but it doesn't irritate my skin at all. It also contains ingredients that should be used daily. Is it ok to step it up to daily if I don't see any adverse effects at all?

It looks like white heads, but don't take my word for it.

You can try out the African Bar Soap? It's said to be really good and it's also sold at Walmart. The soap didn't pair well with my skin, but do your research before using it.

I'm currently using the TruSkin Tree Serum which works wonders: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01CK695QG/ref=sspa_dk_detail_1?psc=1
