Says it has DRAM cache. Also if you check Team's GX2 product page on Amazon, one question is if that drive has DRAM (it does not) and the replier (Team representative) states to get the L5 Lite 3D instead...since it has DRAM.

It's not fantastic price/performance but it will perform reasonably well.
