Huh...this is a lot harder to find than I thought it would be. I think your best bet might be going with a Ducky Shine 5 because they seem to be a lot easier to get a hold of in the EU than the MasterKeys -- and are just as reliable, if not moreso. Should meet all your requirements.
Another suggestion (can't believe I forgot this one) -- there's actually keyboards where you can swap the switches out without desoldering, and you can buy ~100 Gateron switches for roughly 10 USD via Taobao (basically, Chinese eBay). It's not what I'd consider a pretty-looking keyboard (it's kinda gaudy) but it gives you the opportunity to try out different switches. Here's the amazon link.
