It sucks. Body temperature problems have been a challenge for me. I got a heated foot bath, which really helped. If you put hot water in a bucket and soak your feet in that, it's nice, but the water will cool off fairly quickly. There are good and fairly inexpensive (~$80 USD) foot baths on amazon that will heat the water and keep it at a nice temperature. I've used socks and heating pads, but the foot bath was the most effective. I hope you can find some relief.
