Depends where you are. In the united states you can go to a clinic (typically not covered by insurance) and get prescribed these things. They typically go by TRT clinics or HRT clinics.

Here are some quick examples: http://www.isitlowt.com/

Obviously if you are going to get your hubby treatment, you want to look first at your healthcare provider (have them run a physical - ask for testosterone levels and estrogen (e2) levels. They may or may not prescribe test cyp. The reason they don't typically prescribe testosterone is because the person falls within 'normal' values. The values, typically, run 300 - 800, but what is important to understand is that those are the values for males ages 18-66 (so if your husband is, say, 30 and he has a T level of 300, well, that might be normal for a 60 year old, but not a 30 year old).

So many people go to anti-aging clinics (such as the two I linked to). I would try to find one in your area.

I'd also recommend this book:

Although I'm not an advocate of the pellets - to each their own.

I second this.

Mom's are always overprotective and the less they know, the better.

Don't worry its really easy and does not hurt if you use small enough needles. Just get a nurse to show you how or watch youtube videos. I've learned it from youtube. There are good videos out there and its really not rocket science. Just make sure you follow it step by step and you are good to go
