- Most people wear swim suits. Last year I wore shorts on top of it and I got so hot I had to take them off. You can wear a kimono over your swim suit if you want some coverage but clothes might be too hot (especially in the tent stages that are on top of concrete)
- Sandals! You will transition between wearing shoes & being barefoot in sand so sandals are best. Some people get blisters regardless because of the sand getting caught between sandal and skin (and sand is so hard to fully clean off). I wore birkenstocks last year and by day 3 I hurt really bad, so I bought the shoes below:

- Those bigger artists will not be pitted against each other likely. I dont remember that being any sort of issue last year
