Well of course they are compatible. One is a view about mind, and one is a view about religious language and god. There's no reason that they would be incompatible. In fact, historically they overlapped heavily. Panpsychists were often considered to be some form of pantheist by default, since if everything had mind, it was considered likely that this mind had a highest universal order of relation. And the biggest names in pantheism would tend to be some kind of panpsychist.

Note the first three are about pantheism more than panpsychism. The third is a theology book more than a philosophy book. But its about an author, rather than written by him, summarizing his works. The first one is actually about both pantheism and panpsychism. But the panpsychism book I linked has so much depth about so many figures that it alone is a good intro. Here's an extra article to read too though. But the book is better.
