Doors of Perception by Aldous Huxley is an iconic physconautic book. He describes his experience on Mescalin in an incredibly visual and entertaining way connecting it with many different subjects such as art, philosophy of mind and psychology concentrated into 100 or so pages. I feel fuzzy inside reading it sober, I can’t begin to imagine the insight it could evoke on LSD.
