That restaurant is obscenely good, and the recipes in the book are all spot-on, even if they don't currently fit my diet outside of the spaghetti sauce. We'll make a huge, huge batch and it freezes really well and will last us a couple of months. You need a food mill to make it properly, but we've gotten our money's worth out of it this year alone.
