This is my second novel, and it's a satire, homage, and love-letter to GRRM and his novels, as well as internet fandom. I'd classify it as meta-fantasy, if that makes sense. Reddit and other fan-run websites play a prominent role in the story.
Plot summary:
The biggest fan (and a redditor!) of a brutal, epic fantasy series is somehow transported into the fantasy world he loves so much. Back in the real world, can he convince the author that this world is no longer fictional? And can he save his favorite characters from death by the writer's pen?
It's funny and fun, and I've received the best feedback from the hard-core GRRM and ASOIAF fans (thanks to any and everyone who have already given it a chance!). Lots of little easter eggs and in-jokes for r/ASOIAF's crows.
