My first book, Sorcerous Crimes Division: Devilbone came out yesterday and is free today and tomorrow. There's a thread on it already, which it's likely you've seen if you have eyes to see. It's the result of last summer's binge marathoning of Flashpoint and The Wire, and can be described as a high fantasy police procedural.

The Sorcerous Crimes Division are the new investigative part of the city guard, all of the members wear masks while at work and on duty that protects them from being recognized and also to protect them from divination magic so that they could theoretically bust powerful people without being subject to retaliation. Because the fantasy SWAT team needs that if they are going to be expected to go after people that can hire wizards (or the wizards themselves).
I remember enjoying this book and for at least 3 years I checking for a sequel. Looks like there finally is one (from last year), I haven't read the second yet.
