Compendiums 1, 2, & 3 can be purchased through iBooks, Amazon, GooglePlay, and Comixology for digital versions. Physical copies can be found at most books stores and online retailers (Amazon, WalMart, etc.). These will get you up to issue #144.
After the compendiums, get Vol. 25(#145-150) and Vol. 26 (#151-156). Vol. 27 (#157-162) will be available on March 17th. Depending on how fast you read them, you might want to purchase both of the individual issues that come out in February(#163 & #164) and the single issue in March (#165). This will have you totally up to date by the time Volume 27 comes out on 3/17/17, and you'll have issues #163, #164, & #165 to be completely caught up by 3/17/17. (Volumes are also available through iBooks and GooglePlay.)
This is the most economically efficient way to get caught up with the comics. The fourth compendium won't be available for another couple of years. See the comic FAQ for more information.
You can of course get caught up with individual issues #157-162, but some of them might be getting harder to find at this point.
When you get caught up, you can subscribe to receive automatic downloads through iBooks or Comixology for digital versions, or you can search for a local comic shop here if you want to pick up physical versions.
