The second book's translation is finished and pending publishing in July 2015; the third is in progress. The translator is Joel Martinsen of Danwei.org/Paper Republic. Joel's translations are amongst the better I've read, but there's a lot of personal bias here. Here's a piece he previously translated by Liu published in Words Without Borders.
