Look for neck lanyards too, I got a detachable one when I was keeping my phone in my shirt pocket and it kept falling out when I bent over.
There are various kinds - some attach with straps, some are tied to the case, some have a sticker for the back of the phone, I think there's a few that use a magnet. Also there are neck pouches/neck holster/neck wallet.
They no longer have the exact one I bought, I settled on something like this https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00KUSK9EO tied around one of the speaker holes on the phone case. On another phone I had it attached with a GoPro tape dot I had.
Ed: also, to carry other stuff without pockets, I used a running belt - there are some pretty discreet ones, around the house I don't give a rip and I had one like this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07P41FGPX for stuff I constantly needed and to temporarily hold a water bottle.
