I've probably bought a dozen different types of no-show socks, and these are the best. They truly are "hidden" liners.

As for shoes, I bought a pair of Wiiv 3/4 length insoles (3D printed insoles customized to your foot), and take them with me to try on shoes at DSW. I can wear flats all day with them. I've also bought these insoles and like them too.
